Return Policy

Every item is made for you when you order it. We cannot accept returns on orders that were made and shipped correctly. If something goes wrong on our end, we will fix it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. No return shipping required. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo.

Custom label orders

You uploaded it, we printed it. Custom orders cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Lost packages

If tracking says delivered but nothing has arrived, wait 2 to 3 days. Packages sometimes take detours. If it still has not shown up, email us and we will sort it.
